If you think your group access code is not working there are a few things you can try before getting in touch with the technical team at CyberStart.
- Try entering the code again. Perhaps it was entered incorrectly? Best to double-check!
- Check with the group organiser (from whom you originally got the access code) if they regenerated a new code. It might be the case that a group organiser changed the access code thereby making yours redundant.
If you are still having difficulty accessing a group, email email@example.com, providing as much detail as possible so that the team can troubleshoot the problem ASAP.
