If you see the below error or one similar to it while trying to open the Virtual Machine on a Mac with VirtualBox:

 

This error means you need to install the VirtualBox Extension Pack, which you can download from the VirtualBox website here.

Before installing the extension pack, please make sure you quit VirtualBox. After a successful installation, re-start VirtualBox and re-start the CyberStart Game VM.
